My favorite thing about fall (autumn) is the maple tree in my neighbor's yard that I can see from my reading/knitting chair. Other favorites include crunching through fall leaves, the smell of wet fall leaves and getting to wear all the knits again!

One thing I love about Fall is meeting my new group of First-graders, and getting back into a routine. I also get to wear more of my hand knits.

I love the Jungle Doodle cowl! The colors and designs are so colorful and fun. You didn’t know how to spell “Alis,” but I didn’t know how to pronounce Feyre or Rhysand. 😂 I think we need both formats! I remember reading the first Harry Potter book with my son and having no idea how to say “Hermione.”

heyyy love your jungle doodle cowl, it's incredible and lovely to look at. i wonder if you know the name or how to do that picking up floats with a crochet hook you mentioned? I've been trying to look for a technique like that but can't find anything like it.

Beautiful top!! I agree I hate summer. Too hot. I've a similar thing. My granddaughter is living with us. She'll be in 1st grade. A very volatile child. Been through too much. I haven't knitted anything since she and her brother who was 2wks old came to live with us in January.

Congrats on the new job! 🥳 All of the Doodle patterns look like fun and I have yet to make one. I love the idea of using removable stitch markers to count days of actual knitting. I wish I had done that with my crazy socks.
