Try using painter's tape (green masking tape) or take you regular masking tape and stick it to a piece of fabric and remove a couple of time so some lint sticks to it making it less sticky and allows you to remove it from paper without ripping the paper.

I did this as a last minute costume to be memberberries a long time ago and the static in my hair became insane. If you do this make sure the balloons are stuck to a shirt that you can take off easily lol

So, so many things I loved about this video: the finished dress is super awesome - I think what made it amazing were the inclusion of the shiny lame and silver fabrics. I also was really into your translucent cloud nails and shiny blue eyeliner. This video inspired me to get out of my pajamas this morning and put on colored eyeliner and make something! haha
