Tactical tends to imply that it's not shiny or reflective, perhaps fits in MOLLE straps, can be deployed one handed, used for utility and defense and opening MRE's 😂. Defense is probably the last purpose because I'm using my M4 or sidearm. Something has gone horribly wrong if I'm using it in hand to hand. I like your channel man we knife knerds gotta stick together 😂

I’m a fellow Canadian knife collector and been into knives since I can remember. I hate our outdated knife laws and customs are criminals I can’t buy any folders outside our country anymore . One place is Bladezilla for very hard to get and expensive knives. All the best and a new subscriber

Nice list! My 3 favorite locking folders I acquired in 2024 are the Strider SnG gg hybrid, the hinderer project x, and the microtech socom elite drop point. Runner up is the microtech msi, shf warthog edition, and the Protech TR3 integrity manual. Happy holidays!

They sell the mini Narrows 500.00 😱 You can get the Reate GTR for about the same money. Your knifes are fantastics. And like me, I appreciate that your put à budget knife in your list 👍🏻 I own some premium knifes too but 80% of the time, I carry my Civivi Qubit (for his discretion) and sometimes the Civivi Vision FG. Nice, love the Kizer Invictus .Very underrated. The flipper action feels so good you don't need any other deployment methods. And I actually like that it doesn't have thumb studs. Been eye ballin' a Skaha 2 for a while now. Maybe it's time.

Man... that James Brand Barnes has me in a quandry - I love the design, and I'm sure the build quality is top-notch. But that price tag is tough to swallow, especially when you compare it to some other incredible Reate knives (e.g., the T-1000 or T-6000). The CME addition for compression locks makes them much easier to manipulate, I love mine. I swear every new knife cuts me while I'm learning to fidget it. I consider them our handshakes 😂

They should make the plain blade part of the regular lineup.

Spyderco is way more reasonably priced compared to benchmade and the quality and ergonomics is insane, you can’t go wrong with a spyderco but if you want to save some money, get a civivi elementum

I bought spyderco resilient in s35vn china model with 4 “ blade plastic handles for 112 . Took deer hunting split the chest open on a buck no chips still sharp I was impressed.
