omg I used to use ice on my face daily for like 6 months until it started to do more harm than good. After using it, it will leave my face so red and my existing acne will become even bigger and more red and irritated. It was so bad, until like 2 months ago I stopped using it and I saw the harm it did to my skin. My skin was red and looked irritated, but then i started using aloe Vera and it has rlly been healing my skin, slowly but surely.the redness on my face is disappearing, and my irritation is down and also my scars and acne has been improving. I've burnt my whole side of face with ice coz in a joy I've touched the steel glass in which I've put ice and my whole face was burnt.. Im a bride to be and literally i was in shock what I've did.. But then i ran to put fresh aloe Vera on my face still my face was burning and burning suddenly i came up with an idea that i have butter (not salted) in my freezer.. I put couple of times and trust me in an hour whole burnt was gone im truly blessed truly blessed that I've cleared my face .. Thanks to Allah almighty God.. All praise is for Allah
