SoCo Multi Gun 11-2-24 Stage 2
Last stage of the day. Lets start with were it all went wrong. During my shotgun run i missed 2 easy shots, before i was up i told one of the guys if everything went right id have 2 left in the weapon system and i wasn't gonna bring extra shells. Missing those 2 easy shots at the start caused me to panic a bit and skip the popper with the clay in it. once i dumped the shotgun and realized i had skipped it i went into pissed off mode and it all went down hill from there. plus side is went i slipped i kept the pistol pointed down range so i didn't get a DQ. This might have been my worst match all year.

4th stage of the day. Call it what you want, I’m gonna blame it on not finishing my sandwich yet but i once again almost forgot a target.

3rd stage of the day. Again working on engaging targets well i wait on others to get where i need them to be. I had a stage plan where when i started engaging with pistol before the paper targets i was to Clear ALL circle steel….. i forgot the 3 on the rack that i had to pick up at the end, so instead of ending on the ground with rifle i had to pick my fat ass back up and engage those. Lol

2nd stage of the day. I was the only one to run the stage this way and i still wonder if it cost me any time or saved me time… funny how much better my rifle work got AFTER I ZEROED IT!!! Tossing these systems in barrels seems to throw them off a little lol.

1st stage of the day! Super happy with how i did in the match yesterday but one thing i am trying to improve on is engaging targets well i wait on others to come into play.

5th and final stage of the day. As you can see the sun has gotten to all of us. I forgot when i grabbed the shotgun i took it off safe, then turned it back on when i got it to my shoulder so i had to take it back off again. And the last stage my bolt release lever screw fell out thanks to the threads being short and trashed so it took me a hair longer to drop the stage saver in and release the ...

So a dirty shotgun caused the shells in the tube to not wanna leave the tube. Then, i guess i ate pop corn before this stage because i dropped more shells than i loaded at the second firing location… my issues were highly self inflicted…. jj_3gun_runner?igsh=MWFwbWhnYjFmYnIxeA &

My favorite stage and last stage. Almost grabbed my shotgun instead of rifle which would have messed up my stage plan with more back and forth but i didn’t and also since i knew where my rifle was impacting the KYL targets were easy lol oh and the 5 shell for my shotgun didn’t leave the tube….
