2014 IDC National Championships - Large Dog Agility

Large Dog Agility at the Purina Pro Plan Incredible Dog Challenge in St. Louis last month had a difference of 0.21 seconds between 1st and 2nd place. Coming out on top with a great run was the team of Sarah Duke and her Border Collie Kate. They edged out Stephanie Spyr & Keeper to claim their second consecutive IDC National Championship.

Diving Dog at the Purina Pro Plan Incredible Dog Challenge National Championships was a spectacle to behold. The record distance when the sun came up on Sept. 27 was 32' 3". 30-Weave Up-and-Back at the Purina Pro Plan Incredible Dog Challenge turned out to be a sibling rivalry. Two-time defending champion Jill & Jeannine Doepke were in the final heat once again, paired up against Jill's brother Force, with Kim Terrill. The younger brother Force knocked off his champion sister to claim the 2014 title. Congratulations to Force & Kim.

Freestyle Flying Disc at the Purina Pro Plan Incredible Dog Challenge in St. Louis included last year's perfect team of Mona Konishi & Laika. It turned out though to be a rematch of the Atlanta Eastern Regional, as Mark Faragoi & Riley won the competition with a great routine, narrowly edging out Andrea Rigler & Moxie.

Small Dog Agility at the Purina Pro Plan Incredible Dog Challenge National Championships featured the usual broad mix of breeds in the competition. Geri Hernandez and her Miniature Poodle Switch took home 1st place with this great run.

At the Purina Pro Plan Incredible Dog Challenge, a milestone was reached. Scout in the pink collar and handled by Mary Daly, dethroned the 5-time defending champion Huntmoor Diamond in yellow. Drako in the blue was second (Daren & Fran Shiver), followed by Huntmoor Diamond (Joy Owens). Thanks for the fantastic run Huntmoor, and congratulations to Scout on the win

At the Purina Pro Plan Incredible Dog Challenge, National Championships held on September 27, it was Cowboy and Jason Kidd defending their 2013 title. They did so in this video, surpassing their old record mark of 23' 0" by going 23' 6" here. Congratulations to the two-time champions.

Freestyle Flying Disc at the Western Regional of the Purina Pro Plan Incredible Dog Challenge. The 2013 Western champion returned to the IDC stage in style at Huntington Beach. Kirby McIlveen & Torch performed in their hometown and took the title for the second straight year. Congratulations to this great team.

Mine is a rescue from the city pound. Some people tell me she may be part beagle and Walker mix. She’s an escape artist so she’s microchipped AWOL.

We have a 2 year old Walker house dog. We don’t hunt but it’s nice to know we can start if we want him to show some of the manners he’s lacking 😂
Our Walker is a house dog.....from street to shelter to our foster to our adopting him. We love him to pieces!!❤️❤️
People say my dog is a Walker. I’m not sure though because of of how lean he is and a little smaller than these look. He’s the most athletic dog I’ve ever been around. Love my Wayne.

I got a tree walker/beagle mix. He finds all the moles in my yard, very playful, and a complete cuddle bug. I had a redbone who was also very sweet and loving and had a personality that lit up a room. He was a talker for sure.
