Is this good workout? A DAY 1. 3s alternating lunges (easy = jumping) 2. 3s Pushups 3. 3s 45° degree raises 4. 3s leg raises 5. 3s french presses B DAY 1. 3s single leg glute bridges 2. 3s decline pushups ( start slow) 3. 3s pull ups (scalpe) 4. 3s CURLS 5. 3s CRUNCHES
if you have a barbell, I recommend deadlift or hack squats instead of glute bridges. and if I'm interpreting that as bench press (u wrote french press), I'd remove the pushups because the benchpress is a better compound chest and tricep lift than pushups. Other than that, it looks pretty good.
@Titanium_eater french press is for triceps (overhead) and I don't have barbell

@@ItzDarkq ah ok, when when or if you get strong at pushups, go to plyo pushups. And for a more difficult glute and hamstring workout: do deep squats (goblet squats if you have a dumbbell)

I finally recovered from my lat strain, so that's why I didn't upload for a bit and is light on deadlifts. Also it's been a month since I last properly edited a short so the next should be fine.

@@ItzDarkq Yeah addiction is tough. Get a doctor's help if possible, but replace food urges with water to fill your tummy and to trick your brain. And before every bite of sugar/fat, make yourself a habit to do 10 of __ exercise. it helps.

I would go a bit wider on bench so you use less of you're triceps and I would do more reps so you add more muscle as a better foundation

Use less weight on the bench the lockout was kinda wobbly and the same goes for the squat u can go way deeper just use less weight ass to Grass.
