Mel's Crafty Mojo was a family owned craft supplies shop, specializing in wreath making supplies, that operated from 2019 through 2023. While we no longer operate our store, we do like to interact with our former customers and followers, and have left our channel active for future wreath makers to be able to use Mel's tutorials, and as somewhat of a memoriam of the business.

Hi Laurie, I used 2.5" for the houndstooth ribbon and 1.5" for the other three.
What are you attaching your zip ties to after the first row? The first row you attaching to the cross bar.

I received my kit today and can't wait to start this wreath. I just finished a Memorial Day Cross Wreath today and I just loved how it came out. Mine is a little bit different than the ones on UA-cam, I added stars on my blue petals (I used 13 stars for the original states, being from NJ) and I will make another one probably tomorrow (one for my Dad and one for my father-in-law- both Veterans of Foreign wars and also past VFW Commanders). I wish I could show what it looks like, I know you will love it! It is a real pleasure doing business with guys, I look forward to ordering more from your business!❤❤👍

I love your videos/tutorials they are slow enough and more in tune for new crafters. I watch different crafters on UA-cam have my favorites done by each. The more I make the better I get. My best accomplishment I did was two different kinds of cross wreaths for grave sites.

@@joanneczaplicki2210 I use the rust-oleum 2xs clear matte and spray the poly once I get it all cut up and then again once I get the flower done before I put the center in. I find if I spray the poly before I start using it, it does help with the fraying.

You would not need as many petals but yes it should work just fine. I would just tuck the blue center ruffles in real tight closer to the frame to give you more room for the sign.
