So go seigen is considered the go saint instrad of jowa? Why? I'm not against it tho, just curious because in older articles and books, the 3 go saints are shusaku, dosaku and jowa

18:03 I have seen this multiple times, where black allows white to connect on the first line. Why is it that black should generally avoid cutting off the stone by playing the 3-1 point?

There is a big difference between this comment from Redmond and the recent comments of Japanese professionals on this channel and it is spontaneity. I suggest that you allow Japanese professionals to also make their comments without a script and spontaneously. Thank you for your videos.

Thank you for this wonderfully education video! It was very interesting to hear about the university courses offered in at Tokyo University etc. and that Go is being taught to some middle and elementary school kids, too. A big thank you to the sensei's for taking the time to come and do a lecture on the whys behind the new AI thinking of Joseki. More videos please!!

Wow super exciting game and fantastic commentary from Ohashi Sensei. This is a great example of why AI hasn't ruined the game, it just provides new ideas, and the human players still have to figure out how to apply them, and in the heat of the moment, humans have to really fight to figure out these complicated life and death situations.
