Sir Romania ki trc pe poland aakar jobs kar sakte hai kya aur waha ki trc ban jayegi
Brother, as per rules, with that TRC, you can visit poland for tourist purpose for max. 3 months period. For working here, you should have work permit. Thats why advice you to process workpermit from there by hiring some agency and join here when its ready. Real practice - i see most people coming here n applying for these documents. Just mind that 6-8 months is minimum waiting time for issuance work permit.

Yes, agar factory mein checking hui, tu Portugal wapas bhej dega. Bahut kam checking hoti hai, bas Thora bach ke rehna padega. Kosis karo at earliest apply karne ka.

Yes, you can apply for TRC. Just ask the agencyin advance for Annexure-1/ ZUS-ZUA or get a private health insurance/ work permit and apply before last date.

There is no answer to that unfortunately, but, its slowest there.

When you apply for TRC, after immigration accepts it, they allocate a case number for your Individual file. It is known as PIO number

Rejections are hardly 5%. This happens only if there is some big problem. Many people are getting trc by coming from other schengen zone. Just time is an issue, atleast 1.5 years

Thanks for feedback, i will make a video on that. You can definitely move from schengen zone for e.g. Hungary/Romania/Slovakia etc. to Poland for work. First, you need to come and find an employer. Then you need to apply for Work permit on one side and on other side a Temporary residence card for work same time. Now, it depends on your agency/employer to decide to let you work immediately or after receiving work permit. Getting TRC is very successful, just work with a good manpower agency or employer.
What happens if I move from a Schengen country to Poland, and my previous country's residence permit expires while I am waiting for Poland's TRC? If my TRC application in Poland is eventually rejected, would I lose my residence permit for both the previous Schengen country and Poland? Can this happen?
@@mdshahabuddin3330 If you have hired a professional lawyer and documents are genuine, no problem. Most of us get +decision.So, that should not be a problem. In case of -ve decision, you get time to re-appeal.So, thats not an issue.
