Noida extension looks wow during night time..just amazing..so well lit..and so much greenery on roadsides..I have been staying in Dwarka for 17 years but there is poor maintainence of street lights most roads are dark...and the roads are also getting bad now..DDA has systematically destroyed Dwarka

it is shame that such good planned area sec150 is destroyed by greed of builders. Most of the properties are under development since 2019. It has been 5 years and not much progress trapping hard earned money of common man.

For your information (as you are new to this sector) - 3:53 - That's Ace Medley avenue - A shopping destination - A Mall with a movie theatre as well, 5:15 - It's a stuck high-rise project and not builder floor concept - Sethi Venice (construction might start soon), 6:23 & 8:31 - The complex is Bhutani City Centre - Again a high street commercial with food court and retail outlets 6:28 - Currently, the residential apartments are priced from 10,000 to 15,000 per sqft (depends on the project, builder and the location) - Prices will go much higher once the registry issue of the sports city (Sector 150) is resolved.
