Im 13 weeks post bear implant surgery for acl and meniscus repair and I have not been able to get to 115 dg flexión even with pt now I may need and mua but I don’t want to what can I do to break down scar tissue?
Hi we’re sorry you are going through this. Where do you feel the restriction? Is 115 degree active or passive? We would suggest looking into shockwave therapy and dry needling to help with scar tissues build up.
thx for the info !! half of this is what my doctor tells me and the exteriorices are that I learn. I went thru the conservative approach 8 years ago with just a german knee brace, all fine but now I put too much strain with out doing sport for the last 2 years so I need to straighten my quads ! thx !!

Thx bro, I don’t train anymore but after 42 hours at work and 3 hours sleep this is really helping me relax so I can sleep more. I managed to build and install 4 engines and gearboxes during this time, non stop work full of coke to stay awake and now, after the nap, I’m trying to get my body to wake up a bit more so I can get food before I sleep again. I can’t believe how inflamed and bruised I am, but thanks to you, I was able to walk, lift an arm and use some fingers.

Hey, I seen a post of yours in a acl recon server on Reddit. I had a question no related to acl. I have a torn left acl and just recently my right knee has been irritated and I feel like my patella is loose or not correctly moving. I can feel the bone part snap/click and my knee rotate from inwards to outward and forced applied side ways to the knee when bent also make the patella snap and make mushing sounds. What could this possible be? Sorry for the long comment, juet worried about my knee cus my left one is already torn

Thank you. I actually had ACL surgery 25 yrs ago...Now experience some 'crackling' knee sounds after a workout doing things like squats, etc (trying to develop quads that have been 'lost' over the yrs to help with maintenance as I age). No pain, but checking that it's all pretty normal and fine to carry on? I want to keep up the momentum (and maybe you have videos to help someone like me?).
