Honestly if you look into this AU a bit- it's terrifying. The whole part of it being a beauty product and being given out widespread, even for free- who wouldn't try it at least once? Not to mention that the infected are psudo-conscious and sentient is nightmarish compared to the average brain dead zombie infected we usually get!

Okay. But this mlp infection au really sounds like it could have been real episode material.

Honestly take the ponies out of it and just make it a horror story to humans and ya'd have yourself a pretty neat creepypasta series Nothing wrong with it being the ponies ofc, I'm just saying that what I like most about this plot so far is that the characters *just so happen to be* ponies, but this plot could just as easily if not easier-ly(?) apply to humans!

This is one of the most creative infection AUs I've seen so far! So far it's very competently written, the spelling/grammar mistakes are minor¹, it's fascinating that it's a fungus but yet it *acts* as though it's a parasite! A parasitic fungus is a fun idea! This is maybe the first one I actually feel like opening up TikTok for and I almost never use tiktok (Instagram can still go to hell tho til it gets a seekbar on vids) ¹(note:I do think that a lot of the creators just don't speak English as their first language maybe, or it's cuz they're young. So it's not necessarily their fault, it can just take me out of it sometimes)

The part that makes spike's death worse is not knowing if he's still conscious, I hope he's not anymore and I hope he died from it. Because if he is still aware, all he will ever feel is agony.

Why do I feel like some of the infected would back off after one mentions having a serious allergy to golden gleam, after all if they want to mimic "normal" behavior it would be normal to be willing to keep away on request about it if it's a medical reason. If the person mentions they will try it after a version thats causing the allergy is removed.. would buy alot of time

ok so first off, this is one of the best looking MLP Infection AU's ive seen yet. and second off i love how its unknown as to whether or not gummy is immune or just digesting them because crocodile stomach acid is actually incredibly powerful in nature and able to digest bone and necrotic tissue with no ill effects to the animal itself, so its entirely plausible that Gummy's stomach acid is just too strong for the spores.
