Do they get the jaw and neck too?

The base hanging over the edge of the platform makes me nervous. Is that basin not to high? How are customers liking the height of the chair? How heavy is the basin when filled with water? Thanks for the video. I am 36 or US 6 with tabi ballerina flat. When it comes to boots, I would like your opinion on sizing. The 36 fits good except the toes are touching the front (bare foot). 36.5 (with tabi socks) toe aren’t touching the front but my heels moves when I walk. Not sure which size is right. Are they supposed to be snug ? Will they stretch after a few wear? Since you owned multiple pairs, I trust your insight. Thank you!
