Showa, the 1954 one and millenium sound the best, I think showa was the most true to the 1998 one and millenium and the 1954 are the runner ups, milleniums maybe borderline a little too dramatic and a little mechanical but still good, the 1954 one, it sounds weird or like a racing dragster.. and i was skeptical and thought it wouldnt be good, but then after listening to many other roars and its hard to judge with just one roar, ua-cam.com/video/GRYq58QPTk8/v-deo.html it made me realise the 1954 one sounded very real like or creepy, so I am willing to add it to the list, the legendary 2014-2021 sounded abit too mechanical like a large driving machine, heisei just sounds overthetop like its just way too much, reiwa 2016 sounded too funny, sounded like a 300 sparta youtube poop remix, reiwa 2017 sounded too much again and overthetop, like someone just putting their music so loud in a car with other musics at thesame time that you cant focus on that one music, same with singular point, too unnatural, too many noises at once, didnt sound good, overthetop, its like it cant decide what its voice needs to be Hanna Barbara, sorry we dont talk about that one

1954 roar is definitely the best for a "antagonist" Godzilla. Definitely my favorite sounding roar

honestly- i personally think the 1998 goji sounds are some of the best roars for godzilla yet

You know i really dont like how the entire Reiwa era has been reusing old sound effects. I mean i get were in the era of nostalgia and call backs, but with Millenium being my favourite roar, it disappoints me that there are no modern renditions since 2014.
