Hi! I just noticed on another video on your channel where you show the chords on screen you are playing & you are playing GCEA standard uke tuning rather than DGBE baritone tunong on the same Flight instrument. So I am guessing it is an electric tenor.

Hi, I have been watching this video for a LONG time, over & over. To my knowlege, after MUCH lengthy research, I cannot find a baritone electric uke like yours made by Flight ANYWHERE. Not even at the Flight factory web site or with email inquiries to the factory. They sell a Pathfinder Ocean Blue Electric Baritone uke but that is it. They sell a Centurion TENOR electric uke which looks like yours but no Centurion BARITONE electric uke. Are you possibly mistaken in your title & your electric uke is really a tenor? If not, where & how did you get a Flight Centurion BARITONE Electric Ukulele, please? I am looking for one. Do you want to sell yours? 😊 I think you are in Spain?? Thanks! Nick Nicholson

Which strings did you use to change to baritone tuning

Yesterday, I ordered one used Flight Pathfinder electric ukulele. Maybe I will also try a high G tuning, to get the Hawaii sound, by using only a differente G-string. I calculated the new G-string (0.28mm) by considering to have the same string tension (Arround 55 N) as the other 3 strings, but the G will be tuned one octave higher. So, instead of using the original Strings (4=0.66mm(26), 3=0.43mm(17), 2=0.33mm(13), 1=0.25mm(10)), I will try this configuration: 4=0.28mm(11), 3=0.43mm(17), 2=0.33mm(13), 1=0.25mm(10). Did you already tried this? Of cause afterwards it might be necesarry to also adjust the bridge.

This isn't an electric baritone ukulele it's a tenor there are not enough companies that make solid body electric baritone ukuleles and what companies do make them are charging lot's of money

He visto que tienes un Flight Centurion con afinación Barítono y lo que me ha hecho decidirme por éste modelo es oirte tocar con él en afinación DGBE. Podrías decirme que cuerdas has puesto para esa afinación? Un saludo

Hi man! Thanks for the video! What kind of strings did you buy to put "baritone strings"? I bought that same uku, going to change strings with normal electric guitar strings, I'll just use 4 of them, same caliber 10, 13, 17, 26, as the original ones. Let me know thanks!

Hard to tell if the strings made a deference, it sounded like a pick being used at the beginning and then fingers, the tones are very different regardless.

Awesome demonstration, Fernando! Both the tenor and baritone strings sound great but you can clearly hear the difference!! My Risa LP has tenor strings (low G) and my new Kanile’a acoustic baritone has, of course, baritone strings… I love them both! 😂😂
