I retired from the military after 21 years with a full pension, and I make more money from my military pension than my investment property. In fact keeping it a full 💯, I would have to buy 3 more properties (borrowing just short of 2.5 million) just to make 48k in profit a year. My military pension my 84k a year. She definitely benefits from someone body else's hard work. And I can safety assume that based on the fact that only 3.3% of all single black women make 100knor more a year.
