Yes. The skill dmg makes up for it. I personally like seaspray, yuu, and erin.

One way is by perking heroes. That prob at the top of my list..

I use defensive heroes on atk esp if they have good skills or attributes like + dmg. I'm rebuilding my army, so I'd prob do mega- crom- springf just for fun. But I think Kat/Prey + crom, and mega would still be my go to. Only because Kat/Prey + Crom combo clears stacks more easily.

They are all good heroes. Mega is a great hero. Seaspray has potential, but you need a third hero that can work well with Mega and Seaspray. You don't want a glass cannon down the road. Meaning the hit hard but can't take a hit. I would go with Nim. It's easier to get shards for him and perk him. His skills also proc more than Bassel's. So get a great hero to level 5 and perk them before getting a new hero. Honestly one of my biggest mistakes.

He Increases the dmg of the next attack. My other navy heroes don't hit as hard. My hitters are army, but I stripped their equipment to become a navy boy. I don't really do WB anymore, I just experiment.
