It is about the void. Nightly stream of ambient experimental music from Whalemouth studios deep in the mountains of Pennsylvania. The photographs and field recordings I made while walking alone across the great American wildernesses. Over six years I have trekked thousands and thousands of miles into, around and through the void. Now this music. Later I will hike again, and return.

I don't know why but your music literally transports me and takes me on a peaceful calm journey which I vision myself in a high end toy store at night after closing and it's all dark and peacefully quiet except only the soft sounds of chimes.. musical toy boxes.. and the creaking steps of my feet on the old wooden floor as I gaze upon the display lights which turn snow globes and figurines into shining diamonds. I look back to hear the sounds of society being silenced by soft falling snow and suddenly i begin to smile catching a glimpse of myself in the display case glass only to see the child within me smiling back.
