Thanks for reaching out and the wonderful comment, hopefully we can help! It is tough I will admit but prior to us doing the hike we did no training and spent a month in Brazil for carnival. So you probably know that involves partying! If you are normally an active person with no bad injuries I personally think you would be fine. Dan hiked it 8 months after major spine surgery and found it totally fine. 🍌We took food for energy and water to help us throughout the day. There are places you can sit and rest if you like 🥾Definitely have good hiking boots and make sure you have worn them and worked them in to your feet 🧦Your will get wet feet. Maybe take an extra pair of socks just in case 🩹Blister plasters for your feet 🫦Lip balm 😎Sun screen 🧥Always take enough layers! you don't want to be half way up and it turns very cold 🌳We hiked it without poles, it you feel like they might help go for it The hardest part was the end after hiking all the way back down. When we got onto the flat land back to the bus. Our legs were totally gone! We took 2 days after to recover. You can either try booking tickets online or turn up at the entrance and buy a ticket from the machines The Iguazu Falls entrance fee on the Brazilian side is $70 Brazilian Reals (USD $18) for adults and $11 Brazilian Reals (USD $3) for kids up to the age of 11. ATM machines can be found at the entrance if you wish to withdraw money, otherwise paying by debit or credit card is also an option. When entering the park you take a free bus that takes you down to the start. There was a board with a QR code to download the app. I can't remember the app name

About 9 hours. All depends on how long you stay at the top to admire the amazing view. It's totally worth doing this route in our opinion as you have a continuous route. Not walking up the mountain and back down the same path. Feel free to message us with anymote questions!

We did twice! We have 2 videos on it! A full day tour to Torres del Paine and also we hiked the Mirador Base Hike!
