Saving Lives One Fishing Trip at a Time
I hope you and your family are doing well ! Happy New Year!
the things you see on out on the flats!
it’s all good …
always entertaining!
and the water is still there, full of fish. and no other boats as far as you can see…
that kid had a great experience that day!
enjoyed this 8 years ago, water’s still there, how about a new video?
how about a series of new videos ?
kayak fishing on the flats, more fish, more fun, and no “environmental impact”! create more videos!
great film and music. time for a sequel!
best fishing videos ever! surprise us with a new one.
Don't stand in the water.
Andrew, kayaks are improved. your videos , with a short presentation and new music, would be awesome 😎
timeless, and kayaks have come a long way in 5 years. looking forward to new adventures and fresh music!
Hello again! dress up your site and start over! I’ll watch!
Andrew, your videos are great. update them a little, an intro, let people know where you are, what you’ll be doing , use music, start filming again!
say, these videos have got CLASS! new MUSIC, and go for it. maybe a map, zoom in from high up, as introduction. it’s a new world out there!
hey 👋 it’s almost 2022. new tackle, new baits, new boats, new MUSIC, the fish have gotten bigger, your family has grown up! how about a video?
Thank you! I think I may do it JUST FOR YOU! I've been coaching little league baseball for the past 5 years, and a new lady, so all my time has gone to that. I'll get a new camera here soon and make something for you!
look forward to another video after 5 years! you were simply great!
somehow I missed this video, however enjoyed it this morning! great fishing, great music, great tackle, and nobody to bother you on those flats…
still in business?
Not nearly as much as I should be. Coaching my son's little league baseball team takes up most of my time now.
I was going to comment …
heaven.…!
grew up there, wading.
timeless.…
light tackled!
Is this near ft. Desoto
Sure is!
that spot has some monsters on it all spring, summer and early fall...... awesome vid dude
Thanks man, that was a memorable day!
You went out of your way to save that bird with skill and care. Bravo and bless your heart and your partners heart.
He loves to dance. And he is a master. You can learn to dance by watching him. But he does not intend to be a dance instructor, just a dancer.
I'll admit it, the music fits the video, and I'm hooked on the music. Great sound coming out of the good speakers in front of the TV. Consistently great videos.
I grew up on Tampa Bay and Boca Ciega Bay even before they dredged up the bottom of Boca Ciega for the housing developments with their retaining sea walls and septic tanks, and before they built the causeway to Mullet Key (Tierra Verde), and when I came back from Vietnam, they had built the rows of condominiums right on the beach. I left Pinellas County with a bad feeling about what was lost. Boca Ciega Bay was declared "dead". However, this series of videos demonstrates the Bay is still alive even though I'm sure the population and the traffic and the development has continued to balloon since I left. It gives me a good feeling, it's more than catching fish on light tackle, it's a testament to the whole ecosystem of the bay including these fishermen. Don't ever take this living system for granted, it's alive in spite of the people and the developers, the Bay is protected by an interlocking series of environmental regulations which just didn't exist when I was a kid. Where do you think raw sewage and waste water went then? What constraints did the developers and the commercial fisherman have then? Having said that, how cool are these videos? Andrew ought to have his own prime time TV series, all fish and very little chuckling redneck good-old-boy. The camera is always on the Bay, and the fish and the modern tackle and the best technique and the music. And I can watch it on a big screen TV using streaming Wi-Fi and controlling it with a smart phone. What a world. Thank you, Andrew!
Great stuff bro
Thanks man, appreciate it.
Nice work!
Was that a tag in that first red? Last red was a beauty beef. Nice vid. Nothing like topwater strikes. BA
+Dave Jones Thanks BA. Yes it was tagged, couldn't get a number on it because of the algae, and didn't want to mess with it anymore than I had. The top water bite was definitely on for two hours that day.
awesome video, wish I could figure out how to get into redfish like that in my kayak
+Justin Whaley Thanks man. Just got to go often and figure out their pattern, haven't seen em school like this since September. But soon enough they'll be back!
Nice fish bud!
awesome videos! I have the same x factor as your red one only mine is yellow. I live in orlando But fish in bradenton Anna Maria area a lot. maybe ill see ya on the water one day!
Sweet video thanks for posting them. I can't wait to hit the water after seing them. Keep them coming!
+Big O! Thanks man, I appreciate that, and I will keep them coming!
Where was this
+Caleb Copek Joes Creek
Killing it beef. Nice vid! BA
very cool
Really enjoy your high quality videos, your sport ethic (I can tell you respect the fish) And your great taste in music. Looking forward to those drone videos.
What harm to publicize the music by making a short non-profit video?
+tuffduty Thank you!!! If anything, 166 people heard their song that would have never heard it before. Lake Trout is a band that isn't very well known either. Kinda pathetic, if you ask me...
Would a camera drone spook the fish?
+tuffduty Depends on how high it is or if it is casting a shadow on the water from the sun. The fish get easily spooked from seagull shadows.
A most excellent video.
+left hook Thanks left hook!
Nice vid.
Thanks man, I appreciate it.
Have to get him on some snapper soon. :)
For sure!
I have enjoyed your videos, very much. This is the best yet. More dads should be doing this. Great job. Couple questions, what is your average paddle distance for a day of fishing and have you considered guiding a fishing trip?
Thanks Tony, I appreciate the comment. I enjoyed making this video, even let him pick out the music. That was a good day, five reds in two hours, back at launch at 10am, and going down water slides at Adventure Island by noon. I would say I paddle anywhere from 4-6 miles on an average trip. I've never considered guiding. This is my hobby, my escape, I don't ever want it to feel like anything other than that.
Beast. Well done.
Adam Stacy Thanks Adam
