Commendable performance. Each song is so lovely to listen as it comes with so much emotion. The performance of the song Chinnanchiru kiliye is like icing on the cake. So beautiful. Bharathiyar must have been listening from heaven and must have been feeling so happy that his verses are sung with this deep meaning and emotion. Your student supporters are great and have good voice. Louis Armstrong was considered the King of Jazz for his improvisation and one can say Sivasri is the Queen of improvisation in Carnatic music/ Namasangeerthan. Excellent program

The Lalgudi school of carnatic music is simply unique. The melody of the violin is so enchanting and soothing. Both virtuosos excel in each others company. The choice of the raagas, the strict conformance to taalam, leads to the space being transformed into ethereal beauty. The accompanying artists , specifically the magical pathri on the mellowed mridangam and the ghatam percussionist adds such majesty to the performance. Finally the audio quality is of such high clarity and purity, to hear with headphones is just out of the world. Thank you Sastra for such a melifluous concert, kudos and namaskaram🙏🏽
