Я был блядским алкашом и вот иду бухой ссать и в кармане,в телефоне идет какой то видос,встаю у унитаза и толи задел экран или ХЗ как,но видео переключилось на КАК ПОНЯТЬ ЧТО У ВАС РАК КИШЕЧНИКА.Я думаю что за хуйня и успел услышать только про кровь в стуле.На следующий день с похмелья сажусь на очко и когда начал вытерать жопу,вся бумага была в крови и мне вспомнился вчерашний момент с видео и этой фразой.Почему то на меня это так подействовало,что сейчас я чувствую облегчение от этой зависимости,как будто отпустило...хз вообщем,может просто обосрался от страха.Всем желаю иметь твердую опору,ну хотя бы хороший стул)

Bem amigos, começando o ano de 2025, infelizmente com muita saudade, pois meu pai faleceu final de 2024, mas ele combateu um bom combate ,agora descansa e já não sofre mais. Vou descansar um pouco com vocês por aqui, não tem sido fácil sem o meu melhor amigo aqui nesta baixa terra, mas preciso continuar firmemente para ajudar sempre que puder a minha mamãe, obrigado.

Today I wanted to work on my phd, which I am finishing in my spare time. I am so close to the end but it seems like an endless journey. Tomorrow my holidays are over and I am returning to the office. Thankful for the rest here by the fire before the chaos of my desk job starts again.
