Became born again in 1995 ,unfortunately I foolishly got carried away by different kinds of teachings like you can lose your salvation, lived in anxiety and depression until recently I believed Jesus Christ alone for salvation and not my own efforts in overcoming thr misdeeds of the body, you cannot add anything to God's Free Gift of eternal life or add anything to the finished work of the cross, who died in agony on the cross to reconcile sinners back to the Father? Jesus Christ or you ? Stop doubting and put your trust in Jesus Christ alone. Thank you, its really hard sometimes when you get betrayed by someone you deeply cared about. Like how could they do this to me? I wouldnt do this to them. I can't forgive myself for having pre-marital sex. Even though I know Jesus has forgiven me, I can never forgive myself. What hurts the most is knowing that this pain is all my fault. Hypothetically speaking, even if I got to marry the man I love, I would have to look into his eyes and see the pain and disappointment in his eyes, the eyes of a beautiful kind man who dreamed of marrying a princess, when I know that I don't deserve to be a real princess. The saddest thing is that I waited a lifetime to have sex, and then threw away this precious gift after decades of steadfastly standing my ground. I was ridiculed for being a virgin. I was pressured into having sex. And I was tempted, ohhhh I was hella tempted. I had a few close calls. But, I stood my ground. Then, during the pandemic, I found myself in a situation where I thought it was "fine" to have sex, because my boyfriend and I loved each other, and because life was so short, and because we were committed and loved each other. Now, I'm dealing with the heartache of regret, knowing that my pain is self-inflicted. He didn't pressure me into it. I just thought "it's okay, because we love each other, and we're in a committed relationship." If you're sure that you want to spend the rest of your life with someone, then, dammit, get married, and THEN have sex. If you're reading this, PROMISE ME that you will NEVER make the mistake I did. I don't EVER want anyone to feel the way I do now. My life is ruined now, but I hope that I can spare one person from the heartache that I'm going through. Trust me!!!!! I need this. I just got braces, and it feels really weird having all this hardware in my mouth. But as I am maturing in my Walk, I am viewing things through a biblical lens. Having braces to fix my teeth shows how God is doing things to me to fix certain areas in my life.

You should prayerfully consider not wearing sunglasses when you're speaking to an audience, because it give the appearance that you're being deceptive (hiding something). My first guess is you're hiding your eyes so no one will know you are looking down at a piece of paper as you read what you're saying.
