In Carmines sick attention grab, he exploits real heroes actions to fulfill some sick need for attention. He includes his actions with NYPD members killed in the line of duty . He is sick. The reporter is also to blame for doing NO Vetting for this piece. If she had, she would have found out that Carmine never got the medal.
