Running 42 km Across Banff's Most Epic Trails - LARCH VALLEY
Join me on an epic 40km solo trail run through the breathtaking Larch Valley and Paradise Valley in Banff National Park, starting from Lake Louise Village. This run takes you past the serene Lake Annette, through the stunning Paradise Valley, up the Sentinal Pass, and alongside the iconic Moraine Lake, before heading back to Lake Louise Village. The entire route is filled with the vibrant golden hues of the larch trees, capturing the beauty of early autumn in the Canadian Rockies.
With the crisp autumn air and the striking contrast of golden larches against the rugged mountains, this run was a true immersion in nature's finest season. The tranquility of the valleys, the challenge of the trail, and the sheer beauty of the surroundings made this an unforgettable experience.
