And then even if you pass LETI you have to then apply for an agency, which again, becomes even harder since you're up against other LETI graduates. It isn't impossible though.

You need to be certified from the Law Enforcement Training Institute! Join the LETI Discord and wait for the next class, apply, get in, complete the phases, and then apply and get into a department!

Jurisdiction, State Police patrols the entire state while the Sheriffs Office only patrols a certain county. Their gear in this game is pretty much the same but their vehicle design is different. They may have different patrol areas in the game as well.
