Removing the Mask is a documentary dedicated to informing and educating teenagers and parents about teenage mental health. It talks about the issues related to teenage mental health, the effects of school, media and social media on teenagers and coping methods. In the documentary we talk to Dr. John Sheperd and two brave teenagers that wish to share their story and experiences to help other teenagers through what they have been through.
