According to the Tx CDL Handbook, version: JULY 2017, section 9.4.1 - No Smoking: the answer is Classes 1, 2.1, 3, 4 and 5. Thank you for making the video, many will watch it for an added edge to passing their exam. I am not criticizing, only doing my part to help fine tune your information for success. My disclaimer is I am studying the Texas handbook version, it very well may be different in every other state so please take my input with a grain of salt. I've seen other versions of this video. It was very apparent that there was a road rage thing going on between the semi truck and the SUV. The SUV driver saw an opportunity to go all the way over to the right and get past the semi. Semi driver couldn't let that happen and tried to cut off the SUV and then lost control and rolled the truck. So, for a few minutes of road rage the semi driver wrecked the truck, probably damaged the contents, likely lost his job, and maybe went to jail. Serves him right.
