Maria, I have a huge problem with the muscles in the back of my neck especially when I wake up. When this happens no matter what exercises and stretches I do it is only aggravating it and usually, nothing helps. There are so many possible reasons for the pain I am experiencing and it is driving me crazy. I wanted to ask you what prompted you to do this video. This is like they say in English my "Pain Point." 😲😟😨 Can you evaluate me? I am at my wit's end... Thank You!
We already did an evaluation, and we discovered a few compensations, remember? Next step would be to work on these compensations. If you would like to schedule another evaluation, we can certainly do so. Most people have compensations. It is nothing unusual. Most are unaware of their compensations, which becomes problematic.

I so appreciate the message Dr. Singh conveys. He has helped me with my journey of self-care which has rewarded me with improved health. Health is not only physical, it is mental and environmental. Sleep, exercise, nutrition and mindfulness should be regarded as a tribute to our heart and overall health. Be your body's manager, make an appointment with yourself to practice self-care and your body will pay you back times 10.

I try to walk and be active so that my herniated disc will heal naturally. But I do take painkillers because the pain is unbearable at times. Note: I only have pain in my left calf my back isn't hurting at all
Do you stretch? I would suggest gentle stretching too. And watch alignment - the pain may have thrown you off alignment, and then compensations kick in too.
@@RebelliousMindBodyStudio Yes, I do stretch and walk/move as long as I can until the pain sets in again. I know I'll have to deal with this a little longer but in the end it'll heal naturally
electrolyte drinks, leg lunges, and staying active as hell is how i reverse my back pain. Dehydration really seems to set off back pain, plain water isnt good enough
Agree - hydration is a key pillar of wellness. And electrolytes balance is important - so need to be cautions with drinks high on sugar and chemicals. What’s your favorite electrolytes drink? I enjoy coconut water. Kudos to you for staying active!

I slept out at a friends on my pretty hard camping cot and I remembered from the past that I had woken up in the night w low back pain so I rolled up my jacket and put it under my sleeping bag under my knees and I slept great all through the night and woke up feeling good.. Rebelious camping 😊
