No Zeppelin fan here ever heard Jerry really play. They’ve heard a couple of the Dead’s weak hit songs on the radio. Jerry SMOKES Page. Hands down. No contest. Jimmy’s a good guitarist. Not great. Nothing original about his playing. Wrote some good and great songs. Doesn’t make him the amazing guitarist people think he is. Just another guy who plays blues scales- fast on occasion. It’s hilarious how feeble minded music listeners are so impressed by speed. And what’s funny is Jerry can play faster- but with notes that matter. Not just filler notes. Like Gilmore who smokes Page, too. L Go into Manhattan, Austin, Nashville, etc. and step into any bar and you can hear a guitarist on the same level or better than Page. Find some good live Dead and learn.

FYI, Bruno writes every song that he sings.

Finland has the fairly new tradition of making heavier versions of Christmas songs. The production is called "Raskasta Joulua", and the tickets sell out each year. Ps. Floor studied Finnish very quickly, I remember being impressed by her pronounciation after she replaced Tarja. Finnish has those hard rolling r's and she does great here.

I 100% understand when you make remarks about boss fights or anime of whatever. I was lucky enough to be a teenager when NW made a breakthrough here in Finland. I was also consuming all (= very little back then) of the anime, fantasy rpg games etc. I could get my hands on. All of them go together so well.

Rosé wrote Apt based on the double meaning of it being a Korean drinking game and the Korean word for apartment. When she joined Atlantic she asked if Bruno would be interested in a collab telling them she is a huge fan. They said to send him 3 songs. Rosé's team didn't want to send Apt originally but Rosé insisted feeling that it had to be that one. (It was actually just revealed that Rosé included it secretly without her team knowing) Bruno asked Rosé what Apt meant as they had become more friendly with each other and she told him that it was a Korean drinking game and he loved it and signed on for the collab. This is the lead single of Rosé's 12-track album 'Rosie' coming Dec. 6th all songs are co-written and co-produced by Rosé. Paper Magazine has this to say about a 6 track sample they heard: "It’s a capital-P pop album with shades of intimate Swiftian storytelling and cathartic, soaring hooks as she paints a narrative of a love gone wrong: missed red flags, having dark nights of the soul at 3 AM and being toxic until the end.' Rosé has a new single coming 'number one girl' out in less than a day Nov 22nd 12 am est and it was just announced that Bruno Mars was a co-producer on the song. (people are thinking this might be one of the other songs that she had sent to Bruno for the collab consideration) It seems that Bruno has become a friend and mentor to Rosé (Rosé also talked in a recent interview how Taylor Swift gave her solo career advice telling her the things to watch out for, Rosé said she was trying to protect her)

Band-Maid has been known to watch and enjoy reactions to their songs. They even recognized Mr Rock N Roll at a couple of their live shows and Miku said Akane was his fan. You should be ok on copyright issues as long as it is one of their official releases.

No problem with videos as Band-Maid don't block Official Music and Live Videos. Glad you loved the anime. I think that they have provided about 8 or more songs for anime intros or end themes over the years.

To respond to your observation about loving 'something' about Mark's style... Well, he is known for his unique finger-plucking technique, his excellent tone, his nuanced and emotive phrasing, and the dynamics of his composition and arrangements; in short, he is one of the best (not to mention what a lovely story-teller he is). Fun fact: Mark is actually left-handed, but when he started out he could only afford a right-handed guitar, so he taught himself to play with his right hand.

I simply don't like this version of this song. I'm 65, so heard this when it was released on their first album (along with 'Sultans of Swing', album worth owning BTW). You see, back in the day, most of us only knew our favorite artists via the radio first ('Sultans' hooked me on Dire Straits), then we went out and bought their album. I still love 'Sultans of Swing', but now my favorite is 'Wild West End' followed by 'Down to the Waterline'. Do check out the studio or album versions and tell me what you think! 😏

Knopfler is one of the greatest songwriters of all time. You cannot help having a vivid picture in your head when listening/watching his songs. The guitar is a no brainer, he's simply right at the top along with all the greats. Excellent band and certainly my favourite. Great reaction.

You have to listen to the jazzy version of this song. It;s even better than this one.

this is another one of their Anime Theme Song commissions. This one's for Grendizer U. But 'Shambles', the season two closer for the Netflix anime, Kengan Ashura, is probably the best one. But I'm going to suggest 'Unleash' for your next one. The girls themselves appear in anime form in that one. It's about them cleaning the world of COVID.

Jimmy Page taught people how play the electric guitar.. He taught Hendrix and Clapton how to create idioms. He worshiped at the feet of Joni Mitchell because she tuned her own guitar to pull out meaning and sound. Jimmi Page owes a lot to Joni Mitchell..Joni Mitchell is the best. Jimmy Page comes in a close second.

I love this young lady & her voice. But just finally disappointed me. Yes thats right, she went and got new teeth....!!! They look terrible. It changes her whole look. That beautiful unique smile is gone. She had her own look, now she looks like everyone else in hollywood. What was she thinking? Her lips are different now, she has to many teeth in her mouth. I don't think a singer should ever mess around with there teeth. She has a piano mouth like Cher now. Just terrible😡😡
