I have the same Premium 0165. I bought them in 2021, and wear them a couple of times a year. They are very stiff, I can't break them even with several washes.
Have you tried using a fabric softener or a warm soak before washing? That might help speed up the breaking-in process.

Yeah, they should fit the same if you bought them from Levi’s website.

I haven’t yet, as I have more pairs, but I think soaking and handwashing them in cold water would work.

I also have Birkenstocks model Arizona sandals but in Oiled Leather and in the color black. I'm glad your video finally depicted the sandals. I could be wrong, but IMHO most people are probably more interested in the Birkenstock sandals rather than the packaging.
