You could, but you'd have to consider mooring or dock fees. Unless you're living aboard or at least taking it out for a cruise every weekend it would probably be better to haul it out and store it in your driveway when not in use. (Of course that requires a truck and trailer, so you have to do the math to figure what makes the most sense for your individual situation.)

They're production boats, not customs, so there are some compromises made for the sake of manufacturing efficiency. It's like a Ford versus a Bentley. But compared to similar boats of this class, it's very well made, and the customer service of Cutwater Boats and Ranger Tugs (the two subdivisions of Fluid Motion) is legendary. As a side note, this is one of the few boats under 30 feet in which I can stand at the galley or helm (I'm 6'4").
