Crash results: H series: poor, insufficient crumple space, combined with weak cabin structure and engine placement caused the cab to crush, causing serious injuries to occupants, even with seatbelts and airbags Stambecco: poor, cab sustained little deformation because of higher ride ride, transferring more crash energy to the frame and not the cab. However it has even less crumple space than the h series, and no airbags to protect the driver and front passenger, which means they sustained more serious injuries

The biggest disadvantage for the H-Series was the rigid, overriding frame of the Stambecco. If the Stambecco were more modern, the occupants might have fared better with proper restraints.

If the Autobello Stambecco had airbags, a collapsing steering column, and seat belts, it would have performed quite well in this test. And Gavril H-series is famous for its bad structure, the person in this vehicle even with a belt system and the airbag is at significant risk of injury. December 18, 2022 2:07AM
