Check engine light on for rear 02’s that were supposed to be turned off in the tune. Also the intercooler was leaking.

Omg you actually did it? This is a 240 with a c32 blower? Ive been debating in my head if this was possible. How has it been driving, and how much work/cost to make it happen? Very cool.
Go low boost,i think he made above 1 bar and he ripped his Engine, i am doing the same but i going with 0.6 bar instead,the rest of his project its awesome !

Larger throttle body is what did it for me
Things that impact whine most. -smaller pulley (fixed seems louder and more responsive than clutched) -Intake for loudest whine a mushroom filter on the throttle body(closest thing you’ll get to open throttle body) - larger throttle body *if you really want to hear it whine you can tap a hose from the Y coupler on the throttle body through the fire wall and down by the pedals with a film over the end of the tube like tint film. Sound travels through that but won’t allow debris to get into the tube and into the throttle body. But that allows you to hear the open throttle body screaming right inside the cab of the car

2005+ W203 Cluster, Zeitronix nDash on the windows. I recommend getting a C32, the seats don’t really need to be replaced but that’s up to you

I much prefer this over the new boring and unemotional C63 AMG 4 cylinder. If Mercedes went with a 570 hp 3.0L inline 6 turbo in the new C63 AMG instead of a 4 cylinder plug in hybrid . As well as a C63 S AMG receiving a 630+ hp inline 6 turbo with a 48v mild hybrid system to eliminate turbo lag by using an E turbo and starter generator. So it can not only be a happy medium between a V8 and an inline 4 but, also pay homage to the C36 AMG.

What kit did you use to be able to use E85? Any power gains? I’m thinking about this AND a pulley for my C32. Gas prices are insane in SoCal.
I made my own kit. Definitely a power gain on my setup. All you need are bigger injectors, pumps, an adjustable FPR, and an e85 fuel filter
What pulley is used on this car? Have you changed supercharger pulley or just crank pulley??
