Muay thai for beginners includes shin conditioning. Protect yourself by knowing your limits and recovering while training smart. Jokes aside, there is a mental toughness portion of it but remember that there is no shortcut. #muaythai #thaiboxing #nakmuay #boxing #kickboxing #mma #mixedmartialarts #martialarts #selfdefense
Cooking for Kroger | AAPI Month and Mothers Day Short

When I was working for Kroger, I had an opportunity to share a recipe and story with my mom. I love her so much and I hope this story can be relatable and touch your hearts as much as it did for mine.
I was unknowingly following tip 1 when I did muay thai way back when. Helped that I have a pretty high pain threshold. On the other hand, it might've made culinary school difficult. What with standing continuously for hours on end; my ankles always hurt quite a bit at the end of day, worsening as I got fatter.
Finally i find someone knows what to really do 😅.
Imagine how dense David Goggins's shins are
Physiologically speaking, it makes much more sense.
Maybe my shins got stronger because I go up and down flights of stairs everyday my whole life because I was on the 3rd floor of our house and everything else is on the 1st floor.. I did notice my shins getting weaker ever since I moved to the 1st floor or maybe it's just because I'm getting old.. 😂😂
Hi! Can long jump rope sessions be a good replacement for running for the shin conditioning?
Thank you for this. Im going to.. start running again.. 😢
I wish I knew what was in my Sifu's medicine. When we did iron training, the pain and bruising would only last a couple days.
I've never heard ANYONE explain it like that. That makes sense. I'm subscribing! What happens if you stop training your shins for a long time? Do you lose the bone density?
You have a severe broken arch in your feet. Please work on it to prevent sciatica/lowerback issues later in life. Really love your content, please keep it up! .
never thought of it this way thanks my bro💪🏽
Damn I'm cooked cause I can't run. Bad knees.
Where did you get this information from? Interested in the source or reference material used to come to this conclusion.
You sound ignorant. Research non-Eurocentric methods of evaluating information, then take into account that people have been doing this sport and passing down knowledge about it since the founding of the sport in at least the 7th century. Does everything need to be written down by someone with a PhD to be real? Damn
@ you sound enlightened. 👍
I wonder if these same principles apply to punching things and to your knuckles
Minute 2:34 IMPACT 😅
Good advice .
Payat payat ng Legs mo lakas mo magturo tungkol sa legs
You are a very positive guy, all the best to you, stay healthy and win ;)
nice breakdown
That’s the ladiboi stretch. Quite popular amongst se Asians 😊
I was doing a remodel and fell through the roof of a house my shin hit a 2x4 on the way down. The 2x4 broke and I finished the day.
Best explanation of roundkick I've seen 👍
Ale ma platfusa
this is so good thank you!
What about weight training like squatting or calf exercises with weight
more!!
Great breakdown, simple to follow and makes sense
The most solid explanation of muaythai roundhouse kick I ever watch
So solid explained
Recovery process in muay thai make video
Those kicks were on point. Your technique is flawless
Those are some great tips, gonna give it a try, thank you
Every video i saw on your channel helped me thanks for that and keep up the good work
This is the best compacted video i saw on this regards, ty.
Shouldn’t u look near the shoulder, because their face isn’t gonna show you where they are telegraphing their attacks
Does jumping rope work for shin conditioning ?
Unbreakable Titanium Shinbone
i’m gonna take kickboxing classes soon, will i also have to shin condition and if not, will it make my kicks feel harder?
You will kick heavy bags, it will hurt. Same principles apply.
Thanks man. Straight facts.
No. 1 is ignoring it. I suppose there is no other way
They ain't bruises... they're badges of honour
With that impact on legs, would teeps(front snap kick things) help build the same way running can 🤔
sounds like shin splints
So shin splints
Well this helped my alot
Guys dont do hit your shins with stick or any hard object for a longer period of time it causes stress fractures and trust me this takes a long time to heal almost 2 years just kick the heavy bag may give you a huge setback Telling from personal experience
It's also important to max out your vitamin d and calcium
What about conditioning your upper body to pain if you're a boxer? What's the best approach there?
something like hitting your core with a stick while contracted, that's what many boxers do to condition the muscles to external pain.
Thanks
