Muay thai for beginners includes shin conditioning. Protect yourself by knowing your limits and recovering while training smart. Jokes aside, there is a mental toughness portion of it but remember that there is no shortcut. #muaythai #thaiboxing #nakmuay #boxing #kickboxing #mma #mixedmartialarts #martialarts #selfdefense

When I was working for Kroger, I had an opportunity to share a recipe and story with my mom. I love her so much and I hope this story can be relatable and touch your hearts as much as it did for mine.

I was unknowingly following tip 1 when I did muay thai way back when. Helped that I have a pretty high pain threshold. On the other hand, it might've made culinary school difficult. What with standing continuously for hours on end; my ankles always hurt quite a bit at the end of day, worsening as I got fatter.

Maybe my shins got stronger because I go up and down flights of stairs everyday my whole life because I was on the 3rd floor of our house and everything else is on the 1st floor.. I did notice my shins getting weaker ever since I moved to the 1st floor or maybe it's just because I'm getting old.. 😂😂

Hi! Can long jump rope sessions be a good replacement for running for the shin conditioning?

I wish I knew what was in my Sifu's medicine. When we did iron training, the pain and bruising would only last a couple days.

I've never heard ANYONE explain it like that. That makes sense. I'm subscribing! What happens if you stop training your shins for a long time? Do you lose the bone density?

You sound ignorant. Research non-Eurocentric methods of evaluating information, then take into account that people have been doing this sport and passing down knowledge about it since the founding of the sport in at least the 7th century. Does everything need to be written down by someone with a PhD to be real? Damn

Guys dont do hit your shins with stick or any hard object for a longer period of time it causes stress fractures and trust me this takes a long time to heal almost 2 years just kick the heavy bag may give you a huge setback Telling from personal experience

    • @scene6289

something like hitting your core with a stick while contracted, that's what many boxers do to condition the muscles to external pain.
