A stiff climbing of 30 meters from carparking area also painful for elder people with knee problem. A very stiff climbing. Burnt electric plug point of water electric heater is not repaired for a long time. Though I have stayed at the best room of the resort extreme right room on first floor from where got kanchanjangha view the cupboard inside room is full of dusts indicating it's maintenance.

I stayed here on November 2023. A horrible experience. Bonfire place is not maintaining properly. Garden is crowded with too much flower trees in improper way so it's turned into jungle. No water purifier for filter water and no geezer for hot water. Canopy is stuffing because of narrowness. Maintenance is very poor. The presence of dust is everywhere. For first time visitor at hill is good place. The variety of nature is very limited in comparison to other places of North Bengal example Ramdhura, kafer gaon, Sangseer etc. Absence of fiitings in bathroom to keep minimum toiletries force to keep toiletries on floor of bathroom, horrible
