I'm from. LA. I've eaten at that Tommy's since I was a kid. Tommy's is by far not the best burger in LA. In fact every time I eat at Tommy's, I'm disappointed. Seems I always forget what a crappy burger they make. It's actually a Chilli burger and their Chilli is inferior. They stay open because it is a legendary location. The neighborhood keeps them open and the tourists keep coming.
