Because the successive draws are more expensive, and that's where the 50% daily discount should be used. The reason why you are also urged to draw 16 at the start of the event is that the event lasts for 20 days only, but the spins you need to get them is 36 draws. So by going 16 draws in the first day, you'd be allowing yourself to avail the 50% discount daily for the last 20 remaining draws which are a lot more expensive than the first 16 draws you did on the first day if you will follow the guide.
