Would love a breakdown on which base size I can crack, or when. TY for the vid.
Base cracking all depends on your ship strength, officers and the level you are attacking. It would be ideal to attack a base at your ops level or a couple levels below. If attacking a stronger base, you might need to ask someone in your alliance for some help in cracking the base. I hope this helps!
The D3 will do the same thing and what about hijacked maxed d3?
The problem with the Hijacked ships is they are CANNOT be scrapped. That makes a Hijacked ship only good as a collectors item.
Never get a hijacked ship, later on you will find a better use for contraband chips.

Never pull the exchange heist loot. Ok it give credits, but your reputation will increase quickly. And outlaw faction is the only faction where higher is your rank, more expensive is the store (yeah, it's weird). So you need to slow as possible your reputation increasing. Pull dayly the 'directives, reps and credits' chest for the UC and rare armada directives, but never the exchange heist loot.
The prime research is Prime Borg Rewards in starships tree. It costs 100 G4 gas (without efficiency) and could be unlocked by scrapping a mayflower or D3. When you get a vidar T9 and ops 35, a mission apparears in holodeck to free unlock the talios.
That is correct. It is discussed in a future video.
Freebooters and ex-borg researches are unlocked at ops 38.
