Reasons for NOT purchasing Audien. A) In their commercials they lie , claiming the average cost of brand name hearing aids is $5k. Today's market is practically enundated with excellent quality low priced hearing aids. They use completely stupid phrases such as "you'll receive a FUUL PAIR" (as opposed to what , half a pair ?? 🤣) Clearly they believe the general public is retarded and gullible .

I love the affordability! It'd be amazing if there was a way to turn them on and off. For a new user, it's quite hard to determine how they are supposed to feel, and the feedback is INTENSE. How much better to have them off, be able to adjust them in the ear for comfort, and then turn them on.

I have had the Pro for 10 days now. Getting used to them and they really do help. Problem is, after 10 days the charger case quit working this morning. I emailed support right away. Hopefully they respond right away so I can get a replacement. Fingers crossed. Definitely wasn’t expecting something to go bad so soon.

Why do these keep Pro 2 keep screeching all the time? No matter how I set the volume I cannot get that high squeal to stop.

I'm sitting in a quiet room with the rain outside gently coming down on my roof and porch. No distractions. I'm trying out the different volume levels and modes. Without the Audien 2 Pro in my ears I can't really hear the rain. With the units in my ears there are dramatic differences depending upon which mode and volumes I use. For me, only mode 3 brings the rain suddenly into my ears and I only need volume level 1 to hear a dramatic difference. (Mode three is "road noise?") My advice to people is to experiment with which modes work best for you in various situations. Audien, I'd love to actually know what the modes are actually doing. Mode 3 is a dramatic change with my particular hearing in this quiet setting. For people reading this, note that when switching modes, it takes approximately 2 seconds for the unit to "kick in", so give it a second or two before deciding there was no change.

I ordered one last Dec but delivery was late. I finally got it but didn't like it so I returned it. I received a notification on the 3rd for most of my refund but after 9 days it hasn't been credited to my account. My bank says Audien didn't complete the transaction. Chat says it can take HOURS for a response. They haven't answered my calls or emails. I'm having a big problem with them and can't reach anyone.
