Interesting flavour for the Oreo- 2 kinds of vanilla haha . The ice creams look tasty!

A good mix of things in this one. The twisters and Cornettos sounded very nice and refreshing, never too cold for ice cream! 😂 X

It's a shame the bakewell items weren't the best but both the cornetto and the twister will be going on my treat list (when the threat of snow has passed) 😂❄️

In vegetable and these unnatural oils linoleum acid is converted to hyper peroxides through oxidation which is then converted to hydroxy acids, such as 9-HODE (9-hydroxy-10,12-octadecadienoic acid). 9-HODE is extremely prevalent in oxidised LDL and is a good indicator of lipid peroxidation. In fact, 9-HODE is 20 times higher in young patients with atherosclerosis compared with healthy volunteers and 30-fold to 100-fold greater in patients with atherosclerosis aged 69 to 94 compared with young healthy individuals. Nice study’s, it’s really funny when stupid people like you don’t know anything about biology at all so u source stupid studies that are bought and paid for by the company’s that make the disgusting oils. Also on another note any “benefits” don’t matter because such oils oxidize quickly and any so called “benefits” which are really just fake bs are thrown away the moment u Cook it.

How do you navigate being in a relationship while having an ED? Like it must be so tough when they obviously don't think much about food so it's just a nice social thing to suggest or do but to us it can feel so stressful and make you want to avoid spending time together near mealtimes or going places because of food
