Would love to get your opinion on the best way to process payments for my business. It’s low volume but high ticket with payments due at intervals.

This us bs! Square has over 3000 accounts a year of doing this. And they have a history of not paying their customer’s back. Thats not acceptable! And customer service is pretty much non-existing with them.

Whats best for a Christmas tree lot? Only using two months out of the year? Wanting handheld that works without a cell phone.

There are a bunch of great options out there, and sometimes the most popular ones aren't necessarily the best fits for your business. Always adapt to what your business needs

before I had money sent to me my acct was in good standings as soon as I got a payment sent to my square now my acct is under review and they just shut me down for receiving on payment from my mom

So...... (UK not USA)Customer goes to work and at the end of the week or month gets paid with roughly 1/4 of the money earned gone in Taxes. The money is put into their bank account so now the bank can use that money as collateral for giving out loans aka banks can make money just from people having their wages put into the bank. The bank then uses that money to make more money and charges YOU for the honor. You then go out for a drink and pay for your drinks via card which the bank and some other scammer charges the Pub for accepting a card as payment, which is fine for the one who is spending this money but not so good for the poor Landlord who charged £3.90 for a pint and then has to pay x% because its a card payment so the small profit they would make from £3.90 CASH has just reduced because they have to pay to use a card machine because the lazy Punter can't be arsed to use cash. The landlord has a bank account, he also pays the wages into the bank account of the staff and the "profits" all go into the bank meaning the bank can make even more money and yet they want to charge people to HAVE a bank account and charge business for accepting bank cards. Does it sound like a scam? The banks want us to use our cards to pay for things for many reasons but I am sure one reason is they can now charge us for accepting payments via cards when it costs next to nothing to process a card payment. The ONLY way they should do this is to make it clear to people IF YOU USE YOUR CARD TO BUY SOMETHING YOU WILL BE CHARGED X%. Then it is the person using the cards problem not the one trying to make a living selling products and being forced to use a card machine .
