They've changed this so that Valga get's one enrage buff per pet that is defeated. So you probably need to be a tank or a healer, or be in a party with one, to fight Valga. I consistently get wiped by him now as DPS w/ rating ~336 gear and a maxed companion healing me.
Big grats! I know SWTOR suffers from a ton of button / ability bloat- but man if you could find a way to bind a few of the actions you were clicking I'd love to see the improvement in reaction speed and ability usage. Either way- he went down!

Dang I really like that raid threat addon!!!! I wish I had something like that for LOTRO, as a tank it would really help me to see how well my threat for tanking is. dropped a like.
i miss playing this game sometimes. has great story and the raids was fun. only if they kept up with more content. might comeback but who knows.
Nicely done. I'm trying to learn how to tank WD now. Any tips for a tank?
Make the raid understand that they must stay out of the tanking path. You need to be able to move towards the middle of the room before 'Degauss'. And you need to be able to make a gap for other players to intercept 'Polarized Beam'. I pop a defensive CD right before 'Degauss', because if I'm caught too near him before/during 'Stalker Protocol' it can really hurt. Taunt often to avoid losing agro, especially until after 'Stalker Protocol'. I find it easier to have another player call out who will intercept 'Polarized Beam', as the boss blocks my field of view. Try to get him near a corner/wall when it's close to burn. Read a guide :) Have fun and good luck!
How is this possible. My health drops insanely too fast after killing the 2 adds. Boss hits as if I am gearless
I think they changed this. If you kill the adds, the boss gets enrage stacks now. I think it might still be possible to solo, but it's harder now. Some classes won't be able to solo it.
That explains my problem. I take way too much damage. The closest I get is boss down to 35% HP before I drop dead
