A sunny (a little too sunny, so forgive the excess glare and over exposed sky) dawn walk over the South Downs from South Downs Way/Beeding Hill, Thundersbarrow Hill, Southwick Hill, ending over looking the town of Mile Oak.

Walking from Shoreham train station, down to the highstreet and across the Adur ferry bridge. Then along the harbour to end at Shoreham sailing club.

A short walk down to Shoreham Harbour and along the East arm and back. I did record the walk down the industrial area but there was alot of noise so I cut it short.
