I do not own this song! Here is Jan playing much smoother than me ua-cam.com/video/veQA24I3lX4/v-deo.html Easily one of my favorite guitar instrumental songs. I loved it the first time I heard it. Its not fast, but still pretty hard. Jan is a whammy bar master. I flubbed a bend at the end, but overall, it's close enough.

Mark Morton of Lamb of God Switches from Jackson to Gibson Guitars
Yeah, I've bought new guitars on occasion, but I usually buy used guitars as well. ..I have a set of those eraser looking fret sanders as well, and I must say they work awesomely. Now this isn't something I've tried yet, but I've recently found that Wilkinson is now making these locking saddles, and they make them for various different bridges. What they are is a saddle with a screw that is in the saddle that locks the string right onto the saddle right before the saddle edge, and works like a locking nut, but is at the saddle end. Anyway, I've watched videos on it just this weekend, and they make the bridge end completely stable as far as tuning goes...so my plan is to get the Fusion III, and buy those saddles and replace the stock Wilkinson saddles with their locking saddles, and I anticipate that guitar will rarely go out of tune once I get the strings stretched out. Well, paused at 14:53 in, so back to finish the video. Thanks for posting this, and hope you and yours are doing well.
The first guitar that he REALLY used on Something Wild was an Ibanez 220B (an RG type)
Low-priced "budget" models are produced by sub-contractors in Indonesia and China DUH!
Sick guitar brother!!
Thanks dude! Love this thing
You sound great! I just bought one too with a few battle dings. The Japanese Dinky's are so much fun to play. I think the graphics look amazing! Thanks for sharing! Take care.
Thank you! Yes, they are awesome looking guitars. Amazing players too
Yo, one popped up for bid in Japan if you're still looking for one. Not on ebay, I found it on yahoo auctions for Japan. Condition could be better, has some paint chips.
Wow, thank you for the heads up!
@@theguitargrappler9352 Yup, pretty low right now. Good luck in getting it 👍
Great to hear that Alexi has touched you, as many other people around the world. I had the honor to know Alexi and he helped me with my career as musician and audio engineer so much. I still have one Alexis old Marshall and other stuff at our studio.
That is awesome! Thank you for commenting. I bet it was a great time being able to learn from him. Such a unique talent.
Where is vinnie moore?
i think the black hardware and seymour duncans started in 2006
Thanks for the info! I wasn’t sure
look for 2004 musicians friend catalog, should have as much info or actually more info than jackson catalog
Hey man thanks for the review, I already own one of these I just like to look up and see what other people think about them, their damn great guitars
Very underwhelming
my pickups are not working without the battery. is that normal? I got the same model
Although it has Seymour Duncan’s that are passive, the battery still powers the switch, so probably so. It’s probably all connected and needs the battery to work
@@theguitargrappler9352 Oh, got it! Thanks. I just bought the guitar from Thomann, however its written INDONESIA instead of KOREA Have no idea how these guys are making their guitars. They keep switching the country of fabrication. Also the volume switch is over sensitive and if rotating it, at times the sound stops all together. I guess I'll have to get it fixed.
@@etwo2352 you may have an issue then. I Would contact Thoman 100%. They are good with returns.
@@theguitargrappler9352 Got it! Cheers!
The non Archtop flat black floyd rose les paul style seems to be a signature maybe therefore the price but yeah... Idk
I prefer the ltd m 1 custom 87 crackle less money and has only bridge pickup
I’m going to buy one in a few months.I have to finish paying off my SG first.
He looked so much cooler with the Jackson guitars 😔 it's a shame he had to switch to ESP.
I love ESPs, but I do agree that the Jackson’s are even cooler. But, Jackson couldn’t make him the guitars in time and ESP could
how chunky is the neck?
Chunky guitar, but the neck isn’t too chunky
ok thanks@@theguitargrappler9352
On Sweetwater they call them "headstock inlays" cuz they're the shape of the headstock I guess. I've heard them called shark fin inlays.
Interesting, whatever they are. I like them lol
The only reason they charge that much for a guitar is because they know someone is dumb enough to spend that much money.
Yea, it’s a cool guitar, but at least $1k more expensive than it needs to be
How do you like that axe?
Amazing guitar. I highly suggest it
Always wanted one, but damn expensive… I will own one someday, but lots of stuff happens. I was a big fan of soilwork and arch enemy and later saw Peter from the absence playing em, and Mattias with the applehorn. Just wish some places around here carried em and I can play, but I think I need to but on payment. Love that headstock, just cool vid. I have a Japanese guitar, and paid nothing at a pawnshop thing, it’s old but plays amazing for how old that guitar is. So got kinda hooked on having a new Japanese guitar.
Yea, Japanese guitars are excellent. I've been playing a lot of Japanese Jacksons recently because they are pretty affordable. Not quite a Caparison, but still really good.
I hit the like as soon as I heard you say "...without Alexi Laiho, I wouldn't even be here making guitar related content..."; very relatable.
Thank you! Yep, he was so influential to so many of us. His playing made me want to be able to play just like him. (I still can’t lol)
I got the ESP ALEXI HEXED yesterday! This guitar really sounds incredible.
That is awesome! I absolutely love the way that guitar looks. I know that thing must play and sound amazing
where’s the quater
I have one I want to know how much it's worth
You still playing this? Thoughts 3 years later?
No, the only reason is the Tremelo. I felt like it didn’t hold tuning the way I needed it to. If it had a Floyd, than I would’ve never sold. It’s a 10/10 aside from that. The best neck I’ve ever played on still.
@@theguitargrappler9352 Thanks. Yeah I saw a deal on this, but also just played a Schecter C-1 SLS Elite Evil Twin, with a floyd rose 1500 and a sustainiac. Plays well, interesting experience with the sustainiac.
@@aquaticborealis4877 Yea, I’m strongly considering one of the newer Schecters myself. They are making excellent guitars.
Give me the fking Lambo key!
I found this band too late, absolutely incredible, Alexi was an incredible composer
Same thing happened to me with Pantera and Dimebag years ago. I didn't find them until Dime passed. But the good thing is, we found them. Their legacy lives on forever.
🤘🏽🤘🏽🤘🏽
Really thought you were gonna bust out the ultimate warrior theme song
I should really learn it haha. Funny that you comment, I just learned Try Honesty by Billy Talent. Remember playing that?
@@theguitargrappler9352 yeah. I look it up sometimes on UA-cam and listen for nostalgia. That song has 2005 written all over it. Next time you should get a red white and blue guitar and play hulk Hogans theme real American. Wear a bandana and a blonde mustache too.
@@slippinjimmy4690 Definitely, still a great song too
@@theguitargrappler9352 ohh most definitely
Dude…I am right there with ya…I hate having that volume knob in my way…thats why I can’t play a strat…hahaha….sweet guitar 👍
Haha, yea, I don't play them either for that reason. Also why I have never bought an E-II Horizon, even though I love them. That knob is too close!
💪🏽🎸👍🏽
The Freddy thing was awesome!
Haha yea, I love that clip
I own 3 Caparison guitars, Itaru Kano is the man. Every instrument leaves the factory with an attention to detail that rivals any custom shop, and surpasses a few I've seen. I've never seen a brand new Caparison that wasn't perfect, and I worked at a shop that sold them. They're amazing guitars, they're one company that no matter what you buy, you won't be disappointed.
Yea, I think they are the highest quality guitars that are made. Works of art.
Amazing work man, well done
Much appreciated!
Cool! I own a bubblegum pink Barrington BRG 884 T/C. Excellent guitar and rare.
That’s awesome! Yes, they are extremely rare. I’ve only seen a couple come up for sale over the past few years.
Dude, that low e-string almost out of the fretboard?
I dont hear all that echo on the original lol
Hey man, what are the amp settings??
So beautiful! Never seen a DK2 in midnight blue sparkle finish, like my Roswell Rhoads
So beautiful, I've been trying to buy one for ages now, they're almost impossible to find here
Hey thanks!
For sure dude! Thanks for making beautiful looking guitars.
I tried to learn that arrp once and gave up.....
😎🪶🎸🥋
desert eagle and black les paul with floyd rose are amazing
I’m strongly considering the desert eagle
You are spot on .These are superb guitars !! Bought the purple 3 days ago .Absolute love it !! I like the simple-ness of the guitar .Plays perfect and looks perfect .The problem is [like you ] i want another for drop tuning and one for standard and after looking i was kind of thinking silver but after looking at videos and yours in particular , i have to go gold !!
Yea, I’ll probably pick up the silver too haha. They are so underrated IMO. No one really talks about them or plays them. More for us I guess
@@theguitargrappler9352 I heard these were suppose to be limited . Not sure if true . My gold one will arrive Friday . I have Fridays off along with the weekend . So I’ll have a great guitar weekend for sure
@@95ducati916 Nice dude! Yes, you will. The gold looks beautiful in person too
What would be a better option between this one and an ESP LTD M-200FM, having in mind that the ESP is a 100 and a half bucks more expensive?
So, I think that the LTD looks cooler. However, the Harley Benton is much better. The pickups and body will be close to the same quality on both. But the neck and tuners will be an upgrade with the HB. The biggest difference is the Floyd Rose. The Floyd Rose 1000 on the HB will be dramatically better than the ESP Branded one. So, The HB is cheaper and better IMO.
Nice demo mate. I think il get one of these. Love the King Diamond and Death riffs too.
Thanks dude! I couldn't suggest it more honestly. Best guitar for the price!
