What is the tradition? One side of the family teases the ones who bring food?
That is the bride and her female relatives bringing food to the grooms home/or his mothers home as a proposal. It's tradition that the women try to stop the bride because she is trying to take their boy away from them.
So the bride proposes to the groom?
The boys paternal aunts tease the bride. His mom and her side welcome the bride.
