Just finished the video, thanks for the update. It is seriously frustrating as a loyal customer for them to mess up this much so many times. I've had contact will Jess myself (assuming it's the same Jess) in regards to help with orders and she's been great. It does sound like they're trying to make it up to you, but it does feel like a broken pedestal. In my own experience, Popflex has been great contact-wise - I live in the UK so all my orders have been international, and when I tried sending off an item to return, the return ended up getting delayed due to severe weather alert in the US. I pointed out that the delay in returning past the 30-day window wasn't my fault and they were kind enough to refund me anyway (and according to the tracking, it STILL hasn't been delivered). Also with my most recent order, there's been a delay due to the high volume of orders after the annual sale, so they were kind enough to send me and others a $10 voucher for the delay in shipping. All that being said, I can see why this is a broken pedestal for you, and I'll definitely be more wary myself when ordering from them in the future, especially given that returning internationally shipped orders will be even less easy given the current hurricane. Beginning to think you do your hair to match the Popflex colour. Also I’m so sorry you had a shitty experience with them, we do expect better from Popflex. I’m disappointed too as I got the bow back long sleeve in Ruby on launch day, and it came in Maroon according to the label. Edit: Also update on what happens re: complaining?

I really hope this video blows up. It's so frustrating hearing people argue in favor of a brand! Especially a brand that delivered less than the bare minimum. No one is the 1 color of black. I would like to start a conversation, not an argument, just a black person to a black person. Honestly, I don't mind that areal is being played by a black actress, but I do think it's unnecessary. And I do like the idea of the sister representing the sea near the area that sounds like a good idea. But a few things you said in this video kinda rub me the wrong way, in 4:11 you said something about people being mad that only this actress could really fit the role and I know you said regardless of race, but if Tiana or Mulan were replaced by white actresses ONLY because they could fit that role you would be upset about it no doubt in my mind you would be upset. It makes sense for Mulan to be asian which is very easy to understand why people would be upset about it. But for Tiana, I could rewrite a few things and she could've been easy to make white for a Disney remake. Now at 4:43, you said they should remake all the princess movies and make them black, but ill just assume it was a joke because considering the context it would be a good joke. if you weren't joking then that would be blackwashing which is just as wrong as whitewashing or washing of any other race. 4:48 you said you grew up attached to these characters because they're princesses of color. You basically said you only like these characters, not by the content of their character, but by the color of their skin. Look, The Princess And The Frog, and Mulan are amazing movies, and Each and every character (Including the villains) are amazing characters, but I don't like them because of their race, or gender. I like them because they have goals, and they do what they can to achieve them, no matter if it's the best or the worst way to do it. Of course, if you said that on accident then tell me.
