@GRANDADDYLO I don't drink bottled water because a) tap water is fine, b) bottled water is expensive (relative to tap water) c) bottled water would take up space in the fridge and I don't drink warm water, d) even when refrigerated, I'd still require ice in my glass and it wouldn't be made from filtered or bottled water thereby "contaminating" the bottled water, e) bottled water frequently tastes like the plastic bottle, f) many brands of bottled water are nothing but filtered tap water, g) drinking bottled water generates a lot of plastic waste that I'd need to seperate for recycling, fills up the bin, and adds to landfill waste, and h) I'd have to find space to store the bottled water before it goes to the fridge. Now, if I lived in a place like Flint, Michegan with lead in the water, I'd either drink bottled water or move someplace else.

man it was smoky as ever but once the leaves burned away it was nice and toasty. That was my plan tho, to have the leaves burn underneath until the bigger logs burned on their own. Next time ill start the fire before or just use the small twigs and some lighter fluid.

@@GRANDADDYLO My father was a good father in a lot of other ways though but once I became grown, I got pregnant, moved out and got married. He passed away years ago. The person who I married, was very domineering and emotionally insensitive. Basically a woman seeks out a man who is similar to her father.

​@The-Oneness11 that can be a good thing, you just have to find a mean mfr that really loves you and he'll always keep you safe from the rest of the a-holes in the world. that's what i did. ppl always ask me how i can tolerate life with my husband, bc he's so quick to crash out lol. that's just how he is with everyone else. his soft side is for me and me alone, and ngl ...it's an awesome feeling🫠

@ RIP pops…. I’m glad that you shared your story, it makes me look at things differently. Hell I hold my babies and cry sometimes for real. I let them know that daddy will fight the world but men do cry. They love me through it and even uplift my spirit. They are my whole world and sometimes they teach me something new. I don’t know who they will date but I know I’m giving them the example of a man who is open, honest, respectful and always communicates no matter good or bad.
