EPS is a human right under the Colombian Contitution. See Law 100 enacted in 1993. EPS is permanent for all Colombian citizens and resident Visa holders including expats. Since 1993 there have been and will continue to be laws, revisions, and reforms which have made EPS even stronger and better for all of Colombia.

Colombia is one of the countries I'd like to visit the most, their culture is very attractive to me, hopefully one day I'll be able to visit.
